What is the MOQ?

What payment terms can we choose?
We prefer T/T, 30% as deposit and 70% balance to be paid against your receipt of the copy bill of lading. For total amount is less than $5000, we prefer 100% T/T.
Payment by LC at sight is also ok, but we do not suggest this as the cost is higher.
