What is the life span of this product?
Under normal conditions, the whiteboard surface can last about 2~3 years in low frequent use. If it’s for more frequent using conditions such as schools and offices, we suggest to choose the Porcelain steel whiteboard which has 30 years quality guarantee.
What is the MOQ for the product?
We suggest to order the whiteboards in full containers so we can ship in FCL and this will product the boards well. If you order full container, we are very flexible for the MOQ. We can accept order quantity as small as 10 units.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum order amount is US$5000 for each order. If the order amount is less than the amount, there will be a handling charge of $200 of offset the delivery to the port and also the local charges with the forwarder.
What is the payment policy?
The standard payment policy is 30% deposit when the order is confirmed and balance against copy of shipping documents.
